Notice of Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors of
Epperson North Community Development District

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Epperson North Community Development District (the “District”) will conduct a Special Meeting on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Epperson North Lake House 9045 Ivy Stark Blvd. Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545.
Copies of the agenda will be available by emailing the District Manager at [email protected]. The District Manager's office can be reached telephonically at (561) 789-8729.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in the meeting is asked to advise the District Manager's office at least 48 hours before the meeting.
