Pursuant to Florida Statutes §49.08, this is notice that on January 27, 2025, an action was filed against the following Defendant/s: PATRICIA CAMPANINI, AS TRUSTEE of the JUDITH EVE GOLDMAN TRUST of September 29, 2014, against the real property located at: 5007 Palermo Dr., Punta Gorda, Florida, 33950, Parcel Identification Number: 41-23-29-2580-07, and legal description:
LOT 101 BLOCK 282, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 15-REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 25A THROUGH 25O, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
It is an action for Trespass, Quiet Title, and Violation of Florida Statutes §720.305 involving alleged encroachments on neighboring property and related damages. The action is proceeding in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida and is titled, Robert Speer and Laurie Speer vs. Patricia Campanini, as Trustee of the Judith Eve Goldman Trust of September 29, 2014, and is case number: 082025CC00012900010.
