NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents dated April 07, 2025, issued in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in Case No. 24001505CA, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BLUEWATER INVESTMENT TRUST 2018-1 is the Plaintiff, and GOLD INVESTOR, LLC A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY A/K/A GOLD INVESTOR, LLC A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, GELFAND REALTY, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, GOLD NEVADA LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, DMYTRO KASHUBA, A&A CONCRETE AND CONSTRUCTIONS SERVICES, LLC, ROMAN`S SERVICE LLC and SOUTH GULF COVE HOMEOWNER`S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
