Rye Crossing Community Association, Inc., a Florida corporation does hereby give notice, pursuant to Section 336.10, Florida Statutes, and Section 331 of the Manatee County Land Development Code, that in response to an application for vacation to close and abandon a street, alleyway, road, highway, or other place used for travel having been made to the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County, Florida, Resolution R-25-010 was adopted by the Board.
