NOTICE OF BUDGET MEETING
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Cory Lakes Community Development District (“District”) will hold a Budget Meeting on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Cory Lakes Beach Club, 10441 Cory Lake Drive, Tampa, Florida 33647. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the budget and any other business that may properly come before it.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available on the District's website: https://corylakescdd.net/. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or Staff Member can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
