Please call (239) 768-1900 to arrange cash payment of $1,147.66 on day of sale to redeem motor vehicle or satisfy lien. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has the right to recover possession of vehicle without judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to section 713.585 FL Statutes. Any proceeds recovered from sale over the amount of lien will be deposited with Clerk of the Court for disposition upon court order.
