NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RDA CONSULTING ENGINEERS, LLC d/b/a AMERICAN STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING is the Plaintiff, and BLACKTIP CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC., is a Defendant, Kevin C. Karnes as Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction held at www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 1, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., the real property described as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 61 and 62, Block 3867, Cape Coral Unit 53 according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 64, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
