NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 24, 2025, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on March 13, 2025, in Case No. 2024-CA-005124, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at https://www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 15, 2025, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, real property, improvements, fixtures, and personal property being located in Lee County, Florida, and being more particularly described as:
Lot 10, FLAMINGO BAYOU SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat
Book 33, Pages 6 and 7, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
