NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2025, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Lee County, Florida, on May 29, 2025, at 09:00 AM, at www.lee.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING “Q”, CENTRAL PARK SOUTH FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1813 AT PAGE 3331, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY FUTURE AMENDMENT AND TOGETHER WITH SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
