TO ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act has been filed by PETITIONER, CARMINE MARCENO, as Sheriff of Lee County in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida requesting that the $26,508 U.S. CURRENCY, 2022 INFINITI Q50; VIN #: JN1EV7AP4LM206708 TWO (2) GOLD BRACELETS & ONE (1) GOLD CHAIN be forfeited to the Petitioner, SHERIFF CARMINE MARCENO, for the use and benefit of the LEE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
You are further advised that the LEE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE is presently holding the above described $26,508 U.S. CURRENCY, 2022 INFINITI Q50; VIN #: JN1EV7AP4LM206708 TWO (2) GOLD BRACELETS & ONE (1) GOLD CHAIN.
You are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to said forfeiture action on SARAH M. GOODMAN, Petitioner's attorney, whose address is Lee County Sheriff's Department, Legal Division, 14750 Six Mile Cypress Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida 33912, by mail within 30 days of first publication, and file the original with Clerk of the Court either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
