Pursuant to Florida Statutes §49.08, this is notice that on December 30, 2024, an action was filed against the following Defendant/s: Barbara Cronin Harrington, in relation to the real property located at: 5920 18th St. N., #5, St. Petersburg, FL 33714, Parcel Identification Number: 36-30-16-91476-007-0050, and legal description:
Grant Unit 5 of TOWN APARTMENTS NO. 14, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2679, page 505 and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 28 and 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
It is an action for Violation of Florida Statutes §701.04(2) and Quiet Title to obtain a Satisfaction of Mortgage.
