YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for foreclosure on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 607 from the Condominium Plat of ISLAND VIEW SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 87, pages 53 through 60, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded on October 1, 1985, in O. R. Book 6085, pages 1380 through 1450 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
