YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title, declaring title to the following property in Plaintiff has been filed in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 13, GEORGE C. PRATHER'S THIRD ROYAL SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 46, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Attorney Francis M. King, PLLC, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2944 10th Ave. N., St. Petersburg, Florida 33713 on or before 28 Days after 1st Publication and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
