NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated March 26, 2025, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 24-002658-CI , wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF PALISADES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2021-RTL1 is the Plaintiff, and GOLD INVESTOR LLC, TARAS YURCHAK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LERIN HUKILL and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A BRANDON HUKILL are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on May 14, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief, to wit:
