NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2023, and entered in 21-004980-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST C/O U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and HAROLD DAVID WALKER; JOHN JOHNSON; STEPHANY BENNETT; BETTY JO JOHNSON; UNKNOWN PARTY #1 N/K/A ROBERT KERNEY; SOLAR MOSAIC, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY are the Defendant(s).
