NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2024, and entered in 24-002718-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR FINANCE OF AMERICA STRUCTURED SECURITIES ACQUISITION TRUST 2019-HB1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDWARD D. MITTS, DECEASED; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARY ANNE SHAH are the Defendant(s).
