You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Gary Edward Brandmeier, deceased, Case Number: 53-2025-CP-000252-0000-XX14, by the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court in & for Polk County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is PO Box 9000, Drawer J141, Bartow FL 33831-9000; that the decedent's date of death was August 12, 2024; that the total value of the estate is $3,328.63 and the name and address of the personal representative is set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SETFORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
A personal representative or curator has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent's death by the decedent or the decedent's surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in sections 732.216-732.228, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under section 732.2211.
