YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs, TONY TAING and KIMHEANG TAING, have filed an action against you seeking to quiet title to the following real property in Charlotte County, Florida:
50278 Bermont Rd., Punta Gorda, Florida 33982 and more particularly identified as follows:
The South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, Section 28, Township 40 South, Range 27 East, Charlotte County, Florida (a/a/a Tract 30 of Section 28, Golden Ranches).
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Michael E. Schuchat, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before sixty (60) days after first publication and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
