NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2022CA004097AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Howard R. Yourick a/k/a Howard Robert Yourick a/k/a Howard Yourick, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 11, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
