NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 10, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 000078 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF ITS AGENCY, THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS AND TRUSTEES OF PAUL P. DIPERNA, DECEASED; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; DIANE CONTI, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF PAUL P. DIPERNA; PAULA CHIAPPERINI, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF PAUL P. DIPERNA; ESTELLE CLARK, AS POTENTIAL HEIR OF PAUL P. DIPERNA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A STEPHEN CHIAPPERINI, are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on May 8, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 16, BLOCK 118, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
