NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 3, 2025, in Case No. 2024-CA-005151 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MOVEMENT MORTGAGE, LLC, LLC, is Plaintiff, and BRIAN GIRALT-RODRIGUEZ, SOLAR MOSAIC LLC, GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION D/B/A GTE FINANCIAL, CAPITAL ONE, N.A., and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MARY ALVEREZ, are Defendants, the Office of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of May, 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
