NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2025, in the above-styled case, the Clerk of the Court, Victor Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 13th day of May 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the following described property:
Lot 2, Block GG, DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY FLORIDA UNIT NUMBER 30, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 92, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 604 Ojai Avenue, Sun City Center, Florida 33573.
