YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Summary Administration pursuant to Florida Statute §735.203 has been filed in this court. This action was instituted in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, Hillsborough, Florida, and is styled In Re Estate of Onzell H. Potter under Case No. 25-CP-000682.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Petitioner's Attorney, Michele Diglio-Benkiran, Esquire, whose address is C/O Legal Counsel, P.A., 13330 West Colonial Drive, Unit 110, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, on or before 05/23/25 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Petitioner's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise the relief demanded in the complaint or petition, will be unchallenged.
