NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on February 10, 2025, and is now pending as case number 25-CA-001020 in the County Court in the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough County
The name of the unserved party to the action is:
Earnest Rodgers, JR. 2731 Blair Stone Road, # 149 Tallahassee, FL 32301
and the nature of the proceeding is a Partition on Real Property - Non-Homestead $1-$50,000 or less.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Corrie Dutton, Esq., whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr. Riverview, FL 33578, on or before 5/15/2025 the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. The Clerk of Court address is 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602.
