NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2025, and entered in 24-CA-000572 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC4 is the Plaintiff and CLAUDIA I. LIZARDO A/K/A CLAUDIA ISABEL LIZARDO A/K/A CLAUDIA L. LIZARDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAUDIA I. LIZARDO A/K/A CLAUDIA ISABEL LIZARDO A/K/A CLAUDIA L. LIZARDO are the Defendant(s). Victor Crist as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 13, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
