NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 10, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-013940 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Steve Owsinski aka Stephen Owsinski, Jamelynn D Owsinski, Venetian at Bay Park Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the May 14, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
