YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 4, Tract No. D in PINEWOOD CONDOMINIUM OF LEHIGH ACRES, a condominium, all as set out in Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, recorded in Official Record Book 1012, at page 373, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and amendment to Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto, recorded on Official Record Book 1024, at page 577, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and amendment to Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto recorded on Official Record Book 1046, at page 1594, and amendment to Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto recorded in Official Record Book 1176, at page 723, and amended by Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto recorded in Official Records Book 1846, page 3335, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and as described by the plans thereof in Condominium Plat Book 4, page 82-105, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, including without limitation an undivided share in the common elements of said Condominium and all other interest appurtenant to said Unit under the provisions of said Declaration.
