Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:

South 88'b0 53' 57” West for 114.01 feet to the corner common to Units 1, 2, 3 and 4, Building Q, and the Point of Beginning; thence North 01b'0 06' 03” West for 31.10 feet; thence North 88'b0 53' 57” East for 39.40 feet to Point of Beginning.
