To Defendants, MARSHA ADAMS, CHRIS LEE BOSSIO, CHARLES EMERSON KLEIN, JR., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 7, 2025, in Case No.: 36-2023-CA-007022 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and MARSHA ADAMS, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Lee County:
Lot 15, Block 30, Unit 5, Section 15, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 41, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on June 26, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
