NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 14, 2025, in Case No. 24-CA-005420 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GITSIT SOLUTIONS, LLC, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF GITISIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST BBPLC1 is Plaintiff, and WHOLESALE KINGDOM, LLC, CALVIN HARRIS and PARKSIDE CABINETS LLC are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of
May 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK E, SHELL MOUND PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 455 DONORA BLVD, FORT MYERS BEACH, FL 33931
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming in interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
