Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 9, 2025, and entered in this Case No. 25-000023-CI of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in said County, described as:
Lot 7 and that part of Lot 8, described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 8, Block 23, Mandalay Subdivision, run thence Westerly along the North lot line of said Lot 8, 110.00 feet; run thence Southerly along the West lot line of said Lot 8, 5.02 feet, run thence Northeasterly 110.03 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 8, said corner also being the Point of Beginning, all in Block 23, Mandalay Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 32 through 35, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AKA: 51 Verbena St, Clearwater, FL 33767including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10 a.m. on June 10, 2025. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
