NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 24-001263-CO of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Christina Avitable a/k/a Christina M. Avitable a/k/a Christina Marie Avitable a/k/a Christina M. Avitable-Roberson are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 15, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BAY BLUFFS SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
