NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 05, 2023, and entered in 21-005987-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-31A is the Plaintiff and POLYTIMI VASILAKOU-EMMENEGGER A/K/A POLYTIMI VASILAKOS; POLYTIMI VASILAKOU-EMMENEGGER A/K/A POLYTIMI VASILAKOS AS TRUSTEE OF THE VASILAKOS TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 28, 2014; POINTE ALEXIS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE VASILAKOS TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 28, 2014; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 08, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
