NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 05, 2023, and entered in 21-005987-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-31A is the Plaintiff and POLYTIMI VASILAKOU-EMMENEGGER A/K/A POLYTIMI VASILAKOS; POLYTIMI VASILAKOU-EMMENEGGER A/K/A POLYTIMI VASILAKOS AS TRUSTEE OF THE VASILAKOS TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 28, 2014; POINTE ALEXIS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE VASILAKOS TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 28, 2014; REGIONS BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s).
