NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to a Writ of Execution as to Personal Property issued in the County Court of Broward County, Florida, on the 5th day of September A.D., 2024 in the cause wherein Roselli & Roselli, PA, was plaintiff(s), and Jeremy Shapiro d/b/a Florida Custom Ceilings Inc was defendant(s), being Case No. 05-4922 COCE 56 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Jeremy Shapiro a/k/a Jeremy Michael Shapiro, in and to the following described property to-wit:
