Butterfield, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on May 20, 2025, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the above prescribed date at website www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
