NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion for Final Default Judgment and Request for Attorney's Fees, dated April 15, 2025, and entered in case # 2023-CA-005281 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein RAUNELL LIRIANO is the Plaintiff, and STORM HOLDING LLC, A NEW JERSEY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1362 HOMOSASSA WAY LAND TRUST DATED DECEMBER 28, 2021 is the Defendant. The Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the subject property at public sale with a minimum first auction bid of at least Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the highest bidder for cash on May 16, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
