PURSUANT TO SECTION 715.109, FLORIDA STATUTES
Notice is hereby given that, on May 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at 1425 Ritter Rd., Lot 21, Southwinds Mobile Home Park, Inc., pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by Richard Michael Healy, to wit: A certain 1984 WEST singlewide mobile home, bearing VIN # GAFL1AD13076022. The name of the former tenant is Richard Michael Healy. All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale.
