Boettcher a/k/a Barbara Jane Boettcher, Deceased; Raymond P. Whelan a/k/a Raymond Whelan; Shawn P. Whelan; Scott Whelan; Edward Raymond Whelan, II a/k/a Edward R. Whelan, II a/k/a Edward Raymond Whelan; Tropical Mobile Home Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of July, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A 2002 ENTERTNR DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE HOME, TITLE #86032204, VIN#FLFL270A29580CY21, AND TITLE #86032579, VIN#WFLFL270B29580CY21, WHICH MOBILE HOME TITLES ARE BEING CANCELLED/RETIRED. SAID MOBILE HOME IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO CAPTIONED PROPERTY.
