PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in accordance with Section 177.101 of the Florida Statutes, Craig and Cheryl Armstrong intend to petition the Board of County Commissioners of Flagler County, Florida, on May 5, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible during its regular scheduled meeting to vacate a portion of the 7.5 foot wide Drainage Easement (15 feet wide in total) on the common lot line lying between Lot 13 and Lot 14 of Plantation Bay Section 2 A-F Unit 8, as recorded in Map Book 39, Pages 44 through 51, Public Records of Flagler County, Florida, with the portion of the Drainage Easement to be vacated through this request being within and part of Lot 13 and more particularly described as:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 13, thence run S 07°24'13” E along the West line of Lot 13, a distance of 144.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 13, thence run N 83°03'27” E along the South line of Lot 13, a distance of 7.50 feet, thence run N 07°24'13” W, a distance of 17.17 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence run S 87°03'43” W, a distance of 0.20 feet, thence run N 02°33'48” W a distance of 2.34 feet, thence run S 07°24'13” E, a distance of 2.34 feet to the Point of Beginning.
PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 286.0105, EACH BOARD, COMMISSION, OR AGENCY OF THIS STATE OR OF ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION THEREOF SHALL INCLUDE IN THE NOTICE OF ANY MEETING OR HEARING, IF NOTICE OF THE MEETING OR HEARING IS REQUIRED, OF SUCH BOARD, COMMISSION OR AGENCY, CONSPICUOUSLY ON SUCH NOTICE, THE ADVICE THAT, IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD, AGENCY, OR COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
