NOTICE OF INTEREST State of Florida

I, Ta-Sha Lavonne Hester, the living woman and lawful Executrix, Benefactor, and Beneficiary of the private estate formerly operating under the name TA-SHA LAVONNE HESTER, do hereby give Legal, Lawful, Public, Constructive, and Actual Notice to all persons, agencies, or entities claiming an interest in the above-referenced legal estate, trust estate, or any associated accounts, properties, or instruments—tangible or intangible, corporeal or incorporeal.
Let it be known that the TA-SHA LAVONNE HESTERâ„¢ Trust, a private, irrevocable ecclesiastical trust, is the sole and exclusive holder of all beneficial interest in and to the estate of TA-SHA LAVONNE HESTER, including but not limited to:
- All real and personal property titled in the name of the estate;
- Any financial accounts, securities, bonds, or monetary instruments bearing the SSN or any government-issued identifiers;
- All intellectual property, registered names, trusts, or negotiable instruments securitized without consent;
- All State and Federal records connected to Birth Certificate Registration #109-85037917, State of Florida, filed August 6, 1985;
- All accounts or ledgers associated with Treasury Direct, Federal Reserve, Social Security Administration, or other agencies presumed to be administering estate-derived assets or identifiers.
Recorded Filings:
A Notice of Trust, Affidavit of Memorial, Certificate of Title Transfer, and Last Will and Testament of the Legal Person have been filed in the official records of Orange County, Florida under Probate Case No. 2025-CP-001161-O, declaring the PERSON legally deceased and all estate interests transferred to the living estate and trust.
Furthermore, the Executrix withdraws all RES from general relations and redeposits them as a special deposit for a special purpose under the jurisdiction of the TA-SHA LAVONNE HESTERâ„¢ Trust, in accordance with ecclesiastical law, trust law, and the Word of God, including 1 Esdras 8:22:
“I command you also, that ye require no tax, nor any other imposition, of any of the priests, or Levites, or holy singers, or porters, or ministers of the temple... and that no man have authority to impose any thing upon them.”
Any adverse claimants must provide verified and sworn evidence of prior, equal, or superior right, title, or interest under full commercial and ecclesiastical liability.
