NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Partial Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 03, 2023, and entered in 2019-CA-005228-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-B is the Plaintiff and LORNA VAZQUEZ A/K/A LORNA L. VAZQUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORNA VAZQUEZ A/K/A LORNA L. VAZQUEZ; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF EAGLE CREEK, INC.; ERIC SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC SANTIAGO are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 12, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
