NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 15, 2025 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-000440 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST, is Plaintiff and EDWARD A HOVSEPIAN, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of May, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK H, ROYAL WOOD GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 16 THROUGH 18, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
