Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated November 8, 2024, and in Case No. 2023CC006412 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which EVERGREEN OF MANATEE COUNTY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC., the Plaintiff and GUENSLY MEMNON & MARIE SONISE JEAN LOUIS the Defendant(s), the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00am on May 22, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 121, Evergreen Phase I, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 68, Pages 27 through 52 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
