NOTICE OF ETHICS TRAINING SESSION
An Ethics Training Session of the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Cypress Mill Community Development District will be held on May 8, 2025 and June 12, 2025 immediately following the regular meetings which begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Inframark Offices, 2005 Pan Am Circle, Tampa, Florida 33607. The purpose of the meeting is ethics training for the Board of Supervisors and staff. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager at Inframark, LLC, 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 300, Tampa, Florida 33607, Ph: (813) 873-7300 (“District Office”).
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attend the meeting and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
