NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE
RECREATIONAL FACILITY POLICIES, FEES, RENTAL RATES AND
DEPOSITS AND NON-RESIDENT USER FEES & FISCAL YEAR 2026
PROPOSED BUDGET SCHEDULE

In accordance with Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, the Touchstone Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives public notice of a meeting of its Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) and a public hearing to review and adopt recreational facilities policies, fees, rental rates and deposits and non-resident user fees. The hearing will be for the purpose of reviewing and setting a policy for the use of the District facilities and to provide for efficient and effective District operations. After the public hearing is held, the Board shall adopt the policies and rate and fee schedules as finally approved by the Board.

In addition to the discussion on the recreational facilities policies, fees, rental rates and deposits and non-resident user fees, the Board will also discuss the proposed meeting schedule for the fiscal year 2026 budget.

The Florida Statutes being implemented include Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, generally, and Section 190.035, Florida Statutes, specifically; and provide legal authority for establishment of a policy.

THE PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE TIME, DATE AND PLACE SHOWN BELOW:

Tampa, Florida 33619

All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard regarding the proposed amendment of the clubhouse policies and procedures. This public hearing may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the public hearing. If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered at a public hearing held in response to a request for such a public hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
