NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on November 13, 2024 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-000653 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRITTANY RICKEL FOX AKA AKA BRITTANY RICKEL GRAHAM, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR CRIST, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on May 20, 2025 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 27, HIGHLAND ESTATES PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 121, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 14305 ALISTAR MANOR DR, WIMAUMA, FL 33598 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
