REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that the Cypress Creek of Hillsborough County Community Development District (the “District”) will accept proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Landscape Maintenance Services for the District as described below and in the project scope.
The Request for Proposal Package which includes the Project scope of work will be available beginning on May 2, 2025 at 9:00 AM (EST). In order to obtain the documents, please submit a request via email to the District's Field Management, [email protected] and [email protected].
The District is a community development district established under Chapter 190 Florida Statutes. The entities submitting proposals must be able to provide for the level of service as outlined in the project scope. Proposer will be encouraged to have made a site visit prior to submitting the proposal and will be responsible for their own evaluation of the property. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on May 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be via video chat. To join the video meeting, click: https://meet.google.com/mvz-wgem-zej. Entities desiring to submit proposals for this project must submit one (1) original hard copy and one (1) digital (flash drive required), along with requested attachments, which shall be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope, marked with the project title and name and address of the Proposer and accompanied by the required documents. Proposals must be received no later than June 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM (EST) to Government Management Services - Tampa LLC, 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, Florida 33619 Attention: Jordan Lansford. If the proposal is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with a notation “RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (Cypress Creek of Hillsborough County Community Development District --- Landscape Maintenance Services) ENLCOSED” on the face of it. All costs to prepare and submit a response shall be borne by the Proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents may be disqualified at the District's sole and absolute discretion. Proposals will be reviewed and then a final decision made by the District Board of Supervisors at a duly noticed public meeting on June 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.
The District has the right to reject any and all proposals in its sole and absolute discretion, whether or not reasonable, either with or without cause, and waive any technical errors, informalities or irregularities if it determines in its discretion it is in the best interest to do so. The District may further postpone the award of the contract, to elect not to proceed with the subject award process and to accept a proposal or portion of a proposal, which in its judgment best serves the District. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing, by e-mail only, to Joel Blanco, [email protected]. Questions must be received by May 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM (EST). Responses to written questions will be provided to all registered Proposers by e-mail no later than May 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM (EST). Any questions received after the aforementioned deadline of May 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM (EST) will not be answered.
