NOTICE OF WORKSHOP FOR
LYNWOOD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Lynwood Community Development District will hold Workshops to discuss their monthly meeting agenda at 6:00 p.m. at the Lynwood Community Pool, located at 4911 White Chicory Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572 on the following dates:
May 5, 2025
June 9, 2025
July 7, 2025
August 4, 2025
September 8, 2025
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by a speaker telephone. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record the meeting without additional publication notice.
Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting by contacting the District Manager at (813) 994-1001. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at (800) 955-8770, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
