NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 05, 2023, and entered in 22-CA-010360 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2020-SL1 is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA CORNIEL; MISAEL CORNIEL; FIFTH THIRD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION A/K/A FIFTH THIRD BANK (TAMPA BAY) are the Defendant(s). Victor Crist as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 13, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
