NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on April 21, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24-CA-005823 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ALDO DELACRUZ, CLIFF PARCHMON, CHRISTOPHER CRUZ, MIDTOWN VENTURE GROUP AND LLC, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR CRIST, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on June 24, 2025 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 152.50 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK D, OF W.E. HAMNER`S HOMESTEAD ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE(S) 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND THE SOUTHERLY 20.00 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK D, LESS THE EAST 152.72 FEET THEREOF.
and commonly known as: 1414 MALUHIA DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33612 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
